Postpartum Offering
The parent-child program welcomes new parents and their babies (birth to pre-crawing) to participate in a facilitated circle. The circle will be facilitated from a Montessori and RIE (Resources for Infant Educators) perspective. Parents will have an opportunity to share what they are experiencing and receive feedback from their guide as well as other parents if they so desire. The program gives new parents the opportunity to build community and connection with others in the same stage of life.
Parent-Child Class
Crawlers-18 Months
The parent-child program welcomes parents and their babies (crawing to 18m) to participate in a facilitated playgroup. The Playgroup will be facilitated from a Montessori and RIE (Resources for Infant Educators) perspective. Children will have the opportunity to explore the environment, play with age appropriate materials and interact with other children in the environment. Parents will observe their children in the environment and have the opportunity to participate in a facilitated discussion from a RIE and Montessori approach. It also gives parents the opportunity to get to know other parents and children in the community. Snack will be provided to the children.
